Where can I track my order?
You can track your order directly on our website dreamdiffuser.store.
Simply go to the “Track Your Order” section in the side menu, enter your order number and email address, and you’ll get real-time tracking updates along with an estimated delivery date.
How can I get a refund?
- Received a damaged, defective, or wrong item? We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
- You must report any issues within 15 calendar days of delivery.
- Clear photo or video proof is required for all claims.
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for "buyer's remorse" (changing your mind) or incorrect addresses.
